Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking compassionate and motivated licensed clinicians to join our growing outpatient mental health team. We are looking for therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality care to children, adolescents, and adults in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is a hybrid, part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role.

Position Overview

Providers must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LCMFT) and will provide mental health services in our office, within local schools, and via telehealth.

Hybrid Schedule Requirements

To ensure consistent client access, therapists must be available to:

  • Work in the office at least two (2) days per week from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM
  • Provide telehealth services from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on designated evenings
  • Maintain a minimum of 15 billable clinical hours per week
  • Provide services to children, adolescents, and/or adults

Therapists have flexibility in building their schedules around these required availability windows.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Maryland license in good standing (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LCMFT)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and general computer applications
  • Reliable transportation for travel between office and community/school locations
  • Strong organizational, time management, and independent work skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services in-office, in school, and/or via telehealth
  • Meet weekly billable productivity expectations
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including:
    • Psychosocial evaluations and reassessments
    • Treatment plans
    • Progress notes
    • Discharge and transition summaries
    • Billing documentation
  • Develop and update treatment plans in accordance with clinical requirements
  • Assess clients for additional services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, PRP services, and outside referrals as clinically appropriate
  • Participate in individual and group supervision, clinical meetings, and professional development trainings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
